Our products are made to order or pre-produced. Orders are typically shipped within 5-7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Custom inquiries may require 14-30 business days for processing. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during shipping; please contact us immediately after placing your order for insurance or signature confirmation (additional fees may apply). We are unable to perform in-house repairs on quartz products. All products are sold “as-is,” and we do not provide additional warranties beyond manufacturing defects.

All sales are final unless the item has a manufacturing defect. Defects must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Used items or those damaged due to third-party accessories are non-returnable. Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected (allow up to two weeks).
