QCB Orders & Shipment

Processing & Shipping Timeline:
Orders are typically shipped within 5-7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Custom orders or inquiries may require an additional 14-30 business days for processing. Orders are dispatched on Mondays and Thursdays.

Responsibility & Accuracy:
By placing an order, you agree not to hold Quave Club Bangers (QCB) responsible for delays, damages, or loss during transit. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Shipping & Delivery:
We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items during transit. If you would like to insure your package or request signature confirmation, please contact us immediately after placing your order—additional fees may apply.

QCB Returns & Exchanges

Final Sale Policy:
All sales are final unless the item has a manufacturing defect.

Reporting Defects:
Defects must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. To qualify for a return or exchange, the defect must be documented and reported within this timeframe.

Non-Returnable Items:
Used items, or products damaged due to third-party accessories like e-nails or inserts, are non-returnable.

Return Process & Refunds:
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed (please allow up to two weeks for processing). Refunds are issued after confirmation of item receipt.

Shipping & Responsibilities:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective. We suggest using tracking or insurance for returns, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
